BWS: Monkey Jam Sour Cocktail

This sweet and simple take on the classic cocktail is perfectly balanced with fresh zesty lemon and a dash of orange bitters.

Ingredients

  • 50ml of Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky 700mL
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of jam
  • 20mL of fresh lemon juice
  • Glass of Schweppes Soda Water 1.1Ls

Method

  1. Add monkey shoulder, sugar syrup, jam, lemon juice and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into glass filled with ice.
  4. Top up with soda
