Event Cinemas are hosting sensory sessions for families with special needs.

Held monthly on a Sunday, sensory friendly screenings allow families to enjoy their favourite films in a safe and accepting environment where kids are free to get up, move around, shout or sing.

There is modified lighting and sound, the cinema lights are dimmed and the movie volume is lowered for sensitive ears.

Event Cinemas have a seprate room they use as a “Chill-Out Zone” for the duration of the screening for families requiring a break during the screening.
