In this workshop, start by tasting a range of cheeses from this long established Hunter Valley cheesemaker, learning how a brie differs from a camembert, why and how cheese is aged and how to match cheese with both a red wine and a dessert wine.
Once you have decided what you like, learn how to construct the perfect cheese platter for your next dinner party.
All participants must be over 18 years of age in the workshop area due to RSA requirements.
