This popular well-known taste is best described in three words: hot, spicy and numbing.
At Taste of Sichuan, we use a vast array of cooking methods to deliver flavourful dishes, including stir-frying, braising, baking, steaming and the most popular of all, fast-frying.
Taste of Sichuan serves up a new style of Sichuan that is bold and flavourful, with both spicy and mild options to suit any taste, including Mapo Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken, Sichuan Fried Rice, Beef Noodles and so many more.
