Paul: 'Hot & Cold Seafood Platter for Two' - it is a bounty of the most wonderful Australian seafood, exemplifying why Shores' is first for fish. I love to take my time with a nice chilled wine and just graze; and savour every one of those delicate flavours, aromas, colours and textures.
Maurice: 'Full Rack of Memphis-Style Pork Ribs' - they are fall-of-the-bone tender, juicy and lavishly basted with Shores' rib sauce. It is a very big rack but you can't let that intimidate you! Just loosen your tie, grab a beer, a few spare napkins and it's no holds barred. They are completely more-ish.
