Bruce Lee Sushi
From a small suburb in Auckland, New Zealand, Bruce Lee had a vision that one day sushi he would revolutionise the way people ate sushi.
Bruce understood that sushi is about applying specialised techniques and using quality ingredients in aim to satisfying ones palate, but in true Bruce Lee spirit he wanted to create something new and exciting for everyone to try. So back at the Bruce Lee Sushi laboratory i.e his home kitchen, a new line of ingredients and sauces was developed, right down to the sushi rice vinegar! He wanted to create a whole new eating experience not just by the ingredients sourced, but as well as introducing new flavours and textures that traditional sushi does not offer, a “sushi that’s not sushi!”.
