W What’s your policy on re-gifting?
PN: I think it’s fine, as long as you don’t leave the gift card on it from the original gift. I have done that before and it’s quite embarrassing.
W: How far out from Christmas should you start your gift shopping?
PN: I usually start around the first week of November – it always pays to get in early!
W: Buying for guys can be trickier than for girls – what are some great ideas that don’t include socks!?
PN: For Bert, I buy a shirt, aftershave and a book!
W: What’s on your Christmas gift list for this year?
PN: New framed photographs of the grandkids and I can always do with some extra perfume.
W: What will your Christmas Day schedule look like this year?
PN: I have the children around first thing in the morning to get the gifts Santa has left, then Bert and I give our gifts to everyone and then we leave around lunchtime for Silks at Crown for a beautiful Christmas lunch. At night, people come around to ours for some cold turkey, nibbles and sago pudding with brandy custard.
