8 slices Bakers Delight Wholemeal Block Loaf, sliced for sandwiches
1/4 cup mashed avocado
4 slices of 50% reduced fat cheese
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tub alfalfa sprouts
1 carrot, grated
Cut the crusts of two slices of Bakers Delight Wholemeal Bread for each person.
Spread one slice with avocado. Top with cheese, cucumber, sprouts and grated carrot, followed by the other slice.
Cut down the centre to create two rectangles and enjoy.
