1. Slice Hot Cross Buns in half (lengthways).
2. Place bottom half of the buns into a baking dish (23 x 19 x 6 cm).
3. Spread Chocolate Hazelnut sauce over bottom half.
4. Place one scoop of ice cream onto each hot cross bun (6 scoops for a 6-pack).
5. Freeze for 10-15 minutes to allow ice cream scoops to harden.
6. Remove from freezer.
7. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle crushed peanuts.
8. Cover with top half of Hot Cross Buns.
9. Cut and serve to guest.
