Members can earn 10% reward credit on Click & Collect orders, up to $100 per month, redeemable as a Westfield Digital Gift Card once your balance reaches $20 or more. You can use your Westfield Digital Gift Card when shopping at any Westfield centre.

Where do I Click & Collect from?

The Westfield Direct Click & Collect location for pick up and returns at Westfield Eastgardens is located on level one outside the Sportscraft entrance. The best parking for this location is Green Level, Row P. For more information including a map and opening hours, please click here.

Any other member benefits besides Click & Collect?

Free delivery for orders $50 and over

Westfield Plus members get free delivery when you make a purchase $50 and over. A $12.95 delivery fee applies for orders under $50 or if you are not a Westfield Plus member.

Free and easy returns

Westfield Plus members get one free postal return per order within 14 days of receipt as long as your items are eligible, unused with the original packaging and tags still attached.

Don’t forget, all customers can return Westfield Direct orders at their local Westfield for free.
