Sneaker game: 3 new sneaker styles we've seen on the street

Sneakers are still having a huge moment and we're so glad this comfy trend has stuck around. The trends off the street are ever-evolving, with the hottest sneaker styles being paraded down runways during fashion week, plus the usual suspects still kicking it. Here are three of the latest sneaker styles you need to add to your footwear rotation.

The all-white sneakers

White sneakers never go out of fashion, and why should they? Classic whites are an essential item in every wardrobe. Grab a pair of Air Force 1s, Stan Smiths or a simple white tennis shoe.

The dad shoe

One of the hottest sneaker trends to emerge during 2018 is the dad shoe. These sneakers take us back to the '90s or early 2000s when it was common for dads to wear chunky, plain (and, yes, daggy) sneakers because they were just so mega comfortable. Now, every It-girl and street style starlet is calling the humble dad sneaker back for a major style encore.

Extra-chunky sneakers

The chunky sneaker can be tricky to pull off, but do it just right and your outfit will always look "fire", as the kids say. Luxury fashion brands have moved on from sleek, minimal sneakers, favouring huge soles, bold, crazy colours and printed fabrics. This is one for the die-hard sneaker freaks.
