Join the Christmas Letterbox Project

This Christmas it's your chance to make a difference in our amazing local community. One of the main ways you can do this is by writing a letter to people in our community feeling lonely and isolated. From Monday 11 Nov - Sunday 8 Dec, simply write a lovely letter or card and make someone's day by dropping your letter into the Christmas Letterbox Project mailbox in the Fresh Food precinct, near Cafe Lelunar.

Date: Monday 11 Nov - Sunday 8 Dec
Location: Outside Cafe LeLuna

What is the Letterbox Project?
With a mission to ensure everyone feels visible and valued, Westfield Coomera has partnered with ConnectedAU. ConnectedAU provides a platform to give people connection through delivering a range of programs including their Letterbox Project.

The Letterbox Project is a national pen pal program using beautiful handwritten letters to provide support and connection to people all over Australia. In the digital age, a handwritten letter is a beautiful reminder of the power of real connection. Something seemingly simple can have a profound and lasting impact - for both the recipient and the writer. The Letterbox Project is only one small part of the ConnectedAU community, but it has monumental impact in every way.
