Head Chef of BiN 931 Daniel Ridgeway never fails to bring us mouth-watering meals, and the word on the street is that this gnocchi doesn’t disappoint. Described on the menu as braised beef cheek over gnocchi with sautéed mushrooms, spinach and a white wine cream sauce, all we have to say is, wow.
If Italian food isn’t your thing, BiN 931 also serves up a collection of modern Asian-inspired dishes, like miso glazed salmon fillet or sticky soy pork belly. Fusion restaurants like BiN 931 are a great place to take big groups, because everyone will find something on the menu they’ll love.

For all our vegetarians out there, we have a feeling you’ll love this Wintery roasted pumpkin dish by Casa Cibo. With cinnamon-spiced and roasted pumpkin, wilted Italian greens and toasted walnuts, this dish sounds as good for your insides as it does for your tastebuds.
Being a vegetable-based dish, this is also a great option for people with gluten intolerances. Grab it with a side of kale polenta fries with parsley and parmesan and you’ll be over the moon.

Pair it with Bootlegger’s signature cheesy fries and a nice cold beer for the perfect Friday night.
