Something big (but little) is coming to QBD Books!

QBD Books, Level 1

QBD Books are excited to announce their new range of collectable mini books available in all 76 stores Australia wide from July 1st, 2019

For the first time in Australian history, 8 publishers and 11 authors have come together to bring this collection of 12 mini books to life. Accompanied by a gorgeous collector’s book shop case it will appeal to children ages 3-12 and lovers of mini collectables everywhere.

QBD Books believe reading is a timeless form of entertainment, and that the importance of a book to help us learn and understand cannot be underestimated.

“Reading is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children. It improves a child’s brain, social skills, writing, and communication. It also a gift that lasts a lifetime…can you think of anything better?”,
Nicholas Croydon, CEO QBD Books.

Current Australian research indicates over 70% of parents wish their child would read more books for fun and engage in less screen time. With regular reading significantly improving childhood literacy, the aim of this collection is to encourage children’s love of reading and make reading fun.

The full collection includes titles ranging from picture books to junior fiction novels. Each mini book and the collector’s case are 100% recyclable.

Founded in the late 1800's, QBD Books is Australia's largest Australian owned and operated book retailer. Since 2016 the company has expanded from a network of 54 to 76 stores located in major shopping centres in every Australian state.
