What is Tonkotsu Ramen?
Tonkotsu Ramen originated in Fukuoka, which is located on the northern shore of Kyushu Island of Japan. The Tonkotsu Ramen soup broth is based on pork bones, which is typically boiled for several hours, served with ramen noodles and topped with sliced pork belly.
