Fernwood Women's Health Club, provides women with a comfortable sanctuary to workout and enjoy regular exercise. Our purpose is simple - we exist to empower women to shine. At Fernwood we only employ female staff members who are – above anything else – friendly and approachable.

Our staff are always walking around the gym floor, on hand, ready to answer any questions you may have. We've included all the things you want in a gym: enough cardio machines to go around, a variety of weights, lots of group fitness classes, online programs, child care facilities, free breakfast, and squeaky-clean bathrooms stocked with all the essential toiletries for you to use, for free.
