At Westfield Carindale, you'll find a range of services and facilities to ensure family shopping is fun and easy for everyone.
Kiddy cars
Kiddy cars can be hired from the concierge desk located on Level 1 to the left of The Coffee Club.
Cost:
• Single kiddy car: $5.00 per hour
• Double kiddy car: $7.50 per hour
To hire, we require a completed hire agreement form and a valid form of identification (including drivers licence, photo ID, credit card or healthcare card).
Kiddy cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Children must be no taller than 100 cm for kiddy car hire and for safety reasons, an adult must accompany the child at all times.
Parents' rooms
When a nappy needs changing or a toddler needs taming, head to one of our Parent Rooms where you'll find peace and tranquillity. As well as baby-changing tables, you'll find child-sized toilets and sinks, private areas for feeding, and microwaves. In addition, the rooms have a play area and television.

Play areas
Let your little ones have fun, while you rest your feet in our play area located on Ground Level in the Glasshouse Dining Precinct. All children are welcome in the play area and entry is free, however children must be supervised at all times. The playground features an artificial grass mound with climbing stones, embedded tunnel, slide and interactive illuminated stepping stones.
Parents with prams parking
We provide parents with prams designated parking spaces to give parents enough room to get in and out of the centre comfortably.
Please ensure you are maintaining physical distancing whilst using centre services.
$6 Valet Parking for Parents with Prams
Parents with prams and Seniors receive $6 Valet on weekdays!
Simply present your Westfield membership to Valet staff on entry to redeem.
For full Valet service
Monday - Friday $12
Saturday - Sunday $15
Thursday after 6pm for Westfield members $6
Monday to Friday only:

Seniors $6
Disability Permit Holders $6

There are 3 easy steps to follow:
- Enter the P1 Pink car park via Millennium Blvd and follow the signs to Valet.
- Hand your keys to one of our friendly Valet Attendants and they will give you a retrieval passport.
- Return to the Valet Parking Lounge once you have finished shopping and they will retrieve your car for you.
- Shop and drop
- Complimentary water
- Carwash service (see Magic Carwash services here)
- Loyalty program – every 6th visit is free
