The $250 Experiences Voucher Promotion is valid for new bookings (with limited availability) made between 20 Sep 21 & 31 Mar 22 (promotion period) for travel between 1 Oct 21 and 30 Apr 22 unless sold out prior. Eligible Customers will receive a $250 Travello Experiences Voucher when spending minimum $1000 on a Tropical North Queensland holiday. Minimum spend may include any of the following land components: accommodation, tours, transfers, activities and car hire, booked and deposited instore. Flights, travel insurance and Captain’s Package do not count towards the minimum spend. One unique voucher code will be provided per booking. Eligible Destinations include Bamaga, Burketown, Cairns, Cape Tribulation, Cardwell, Cooktown, Croyden, Daintree, Fitzroy Island, Georgetown, Green Island, Karumba, Lizard Island, Mission Beach, Normanton, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Thursday Island and Weipa. Eligible customers will receive a unique voucher code via email within 7 days of booking, which is redeemable online only at https://flightcentre.travelloapp.com within 28 days from date of issue. The $250 Experiences Voucher can be redeemed towards any Tropical North Queensland experience, tour or activity in an Eligible Destination available on the Flight Centre Travello website, and will be subject to Travello’s booking terms and conditions including change and cancellation policies. The unique voucher code is single use, and any unredeemed amount will be forfeited. Changes and cancellations to experiences, activities or tours booked through Travello can only be managed by Travello. The $250 Experiences Voucher: (i) are non-refundable (ii) are non-transferable; (iii) are not cash or currency, and are not a stored value, gift card or store credit product; (iv) cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers or discounts; (v) cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except where required by law or in accordance with these terms; and (vi) cannot be used or reissued past the promotion period except at the sole discretion of Travello and Flight Centre. You may not purchase or sell $250 Experiences Vouchers and Flight Centre does not sell $250 Experiences Vouchers. $250 Experiences Vouchers are the property of Travello and Flight Centre until redeemed against a booking. Flight Centre’s booking terms and conditions including our change and cancellation policy will continue to apply to any original travel arrangements made directly through Flight Centre.
