When it comes to the health and wellbeing of our customers, retail partners and people, we follow the advice of the Australian and New Zealand health authorities.

The Queensland Government requires all individuals to wear a face mask at all times in shopping centres, supermarkets, retail outlets, cinemas and shops unless an exemption applies.

Customers are required to check in using one of the many QR Codes when visiting our Queensland Westfield Living Centres, located in close proximity to entrances, food courts and at retail stores throughout the centre. If you require assistance, please see the team at our Concierge Desk.

To encourage customers to follow the advice of health authorities, we are making PA announcements, have signage displayed throughout the centre, and our centre and security personnel are on hand to assist customers with following current restrictions.  For further information on measures we are taking in centre, please visit
