Their first boutique, a manifestation of Pascale’s artistic lineage and Enzo’s Italian roots, opened its doors in Nice in 1980. The brand's essence, a love for whimsical, handmade jewellery that harmoniously marries art and fashion, was thus born. As the years passed, their children joined the family business, infusing it with their unique perspectives and contributing to its growth and creative direction.

Forooz and Les Néréides

The brand's journey to Australia in 2012 was a unique one, thanks to Forooz Normoyle. Originally a banker, Forooz's encounters with Les Néréides during her travels to the UK and Europe sparked a significant career change. She was captivated by the number of people who stopped her on the street to ask about her unique jewellery, and this led her to bring Les Néréides to Australia. Opening a store on Paddington's William Street in Sydney, Forooz introduced the brand’s intricate designs and Parisian chic to local fashion enthusiasts, who quickly fell in love with the brand.
