4 new trends to wear to the races

Spring racing season has returned, which means cute new frocks to rock trackside. There’s no denying that dressing up for the races is a whole lot of fun so we’re going to break down four trends you should try this spring racing season.

For those who don’t love dresses, jumpsuits are your answer to spring racing. Go for a wide leg to give the illusion of a flowy dress or opt for a beautifully fitted number to show off your curves.

Spring has sprung, so break out of your moody black tones in favour of bright pops of colour that’ll make the jockeys peek sideways. We’re loving sunset tones this spring, like orange, yellow and red.

Androgynous style is in full swing this season, with power suits hitting us left, right and centre. Do like the boys and show up to the races in a matching suit. Be bold with colour and try shorts instead of pants, if the weather permits.

Let ruffles do the talking for your racing outfit. Be it off-the-shoulder or along your hemline, ruffles are effortless and easily pulled off with simple accessories and block heels.
