Meet Bernard Pollak, from Pearsons Florist

Leah's journey began way back in 1990, when she opened her first business at Westfield Hurstville. For 20 years, Tremlett Jewellery has been a cherished part of Westfield Bondi, but their legacy stretches back even further. Established by Ron Tremlett in 1978 in the old Grace Brothers arcade, the store has been an integral part of the Bondi community for decades. Meet Gabriel Saffo, from Jacobson's Jewellers

With roots dating back as far as 1974, the family-owned business began their journey at Westfield Hurstville 30 years ago, before expanding to Westfield Bondi, becoming a key retailer in the centres original tenancy mix in the 2004 opening. For two decades, Midas Jewellers has been more than just a jeweller; they've been a part of countless special moments and memories for the Bondi community.
