Leah Ingram's journey began way back in 1990, when she opened her first business at Westfield Hurstville. Over the years she noticed an increasing number of clients making the journey from Bondi to her Hurstville location. When the Westfield Bondi development was announced, Leah knew it was the perfect moment to expand her business.

Leah’s Wax Works Bondi started in a modest 30-square-metre shop, focusing on waxing and basic beauty services. Leah’s understanding of her clients’ needs and her commitment to excellence led to rapid success. This success soon saw her clinic needing to expand into the site next door, formerly occupied by a hairdresser. Today, Leah’s Wax Works offers a comprehensive range of beauty services, including laser treatments, tanning, facials, manicures, and more.

Leah explains "We accommodate both walk-ins and bookings, and our customers appreciate the discretion and simplicity.” Her dedication to making beauty accessible has built a loyal clientele, with some customers remaining with her for over 20 years. The stores' reputation even extends beyond Bondi Junction, attracting clients from as far as Chatswood and Bowral.

Leah has always had a special affection for Bondi. She admires its beachy vibe and laid-back nature. “Customers here are always onto the latest trends, and eager to look and feel their absolute best,” Leah says. “This has undoubtedly contributed to the success of my store.”
