From Midyat, the journey took the Gregory family to Istanbul, where they continued to hone their craft and build a reputation for exquisite jewellery. The move to Sydney in 1978 marked a new chapter, as Gregory Jewellers brought their legacy of quality and artistry to Australia and grew the brand over the decades. Their opening at Westfield Bondi in 2004 development allowed them to connect with the affluent Eastern Suburbs community and showcase their commitment to fine jewellery.

Over the past 20 years at the centre, Gregory Jewellers has become more than just a retail destination; it has become a place where customers celebrate life’s most cherished moments.
