Juiced up: 4 healthy recipes to make at home

Nearly all of us have goals to improve our health and fitness (most of the time it's an ongoing goal!), but with a busy work and family life, waning motivation and more temptations than you could poke a Drumstick at, it's no surprise we don't always achieve them.

Thankfully, overhauling your diet doesn't have to mean iceberg lettuce and no dessert. In fact, there are hundreds of amazing recipes for salads, juices and smoothies that taste even better than that red velvet cupcake (okay... nearly).

Try four juice recipes that will help you achieve your goals (the tasty way) once and for all. Better yet, each is inspired by some of the most common problems that hold us back. Arm yourself with these recipes as your first line of defense and you'll be well equipped for any juice excuse.
