If you've got a little one aged 0-5 years, and are looking for a way to develop their physical health, creativity, communication skills, and emotional developments, head to Westfield Belconnen for FREE Loose Parts Playgroups.
Run by the University of Canberra's Health Research institute, under their Good Start in life project, the Loose Parts Playgroups are a great early learning and play opportunity for Canberra kids. Throughout the term kids will engage in unstructured play, while parents have an opportunity to connect with eachother and a range of services, including health and early learning professionals.
