The Hilltop chefs, Julia and Loïc, will bring you the best from French cuisine made with the best Australian ingredients. Julia has been working as a pastry chef for the past 9 years in various hotels and restaurants and her favourite dish is Tiramisu. Loïc has been cooking in prestigious restaurants in Europe and Australia for the past 10 years. The dish he likes to cook the most is Pâté en croute"
