Walking Group

Westfield Whitford City has an on-going walking group based indoors at the shopping centre. Walking is a great way to exercise and provides many health benefits. It is simple, convenient and low cost. Don't miss out on this great social exercise run by WOMEN'S Healthworks and led by a trained volunteer walk leader.

Walkers meet outside ANZ Bank at the Shopping Centre on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9.00am.

Cost: FREE

New members are always welcome, come down and see Pat or Dawn and join the walkers at a cafe around the centre for a coffee afterwards
