Lorna Jane, the nation's premier activewear brand, is celebrating style and individualism with its January campaign: THE YEAR OF YOU. This fresh and bright campaign inspires women to make an investment in themselves.

THE YEAR OF YOU focuses on the strong, beautiful and active individuals who make up the sisterhood of sporty chic. The campaign aims to reinforce that Lorna Jane is an investment in your wellbeing and active lifestyle. It supports the MOVE. NOURISH. BELIEVE. philosophy famously affiliated with the brand and pioneered by Founder and Creative Director Lorna Jane Clarkson. Ms Clarkson states that the campaign is innovative in its style and imagery and communicates a strong personal message.

"I wanted this campaign to really impact women on a personal level, and let them know that investing in themselves is paramount to living a happy and healthy life," said Ms Clarkson.

"During the Christmas period most women forget to put themselves first, as they're focused on spoiling their family and friends. When the holiday season comes to an end, it's hard to look after yourself and get motivated for the New Year; which is why THE YEAR OF YOU reminds women they are worth it!"

"The campaign really personifies the importance of personal wellness and refocusing yourself for the year ahead, living by the Lorna Jane principles of MOVE. NOURISH. BELIEVE," she said.

The campaign's imagery is studio shot using bright and sharp colours which reflect the nature of the practical yet fashionable pieces found instore this month. The January collection features modern and simplistic pieces and focuses on the leading colours of bright yellow, peach and funky pink. In contrast the collection also features cooling teals, yves blue and purple; reflecting the summer evenings.

Key pieces this season include the work it crop and matching ¾ tights, along with a range of pieces ready for the tennis season, such as the Wimbledon excel skort and Daniela singlet.

To coincide with the personalised theme of the campaign, Lorna Jane will be launching a dedicated video application entitled the Lorna Jane Year of You. Lorna Jane fans should also keep an eye out for promotions running around Australia Day and Valentines Day. Customers will be able to shop for their ‘favourites' and splurge on pieces for themselves on these occasions.
