Service Providers and Suppliers

Each retailer will be contacted by their designated Westfield Construction Tenancy Co-ordinator (CTC) to discuss their load requirements for each service and any additional utilities needed in excess of those automatically provided.

Please note that the below information must be read in conjunction with the Westfield Sydney - Fit Out Guide (Silver Book) and the Lessee Site Specific Requirements (LSSR) Guide available in the Resources section.

Gas

Due to the lengthy lead time required to obtain a gas meter 6 weeks out from opening the tenant's plumber must apply to a supplier for a gas connection to the tenancy.

Westfield will provide a metered water supply point to a nominated position in your tenancy. Location of the water supply will vary between tenancies.
