From buying a Westfield Gift Card, mapping out your shopping day, finding your way or advising on anything Sydney, our Concierge team will ensure you receive a memorable experience.
You'll find our Concierge Desks located on Level 2 (Pitt St Level) on both sides of the centre, or alternatively you can contact them on (02) 8236 9200.

You can also take advantage of our roaming Concierge team, who will be able to assist you on the spot. They're available to assist with directions, retailer information, lost property, transport information and more.

Personal Shopper
$125 per hour for the first 2 hours, then $100 per hour for each consecutive hour or part of thereof

Personal and Group Styling (Bookings required)

Senior Stylist Rates
$350 per hour; $1250 for 4 hours
$3850 for Quintessentially Premium Package,
includes fit, colour, style assessment and 15 hours of personal styling across a 12 month period.

Stylist Rates (per person)
$190 per hour; $700 for 4 hours

Group Styling Rates
Group Styling is available from $150 per person for groups of 2 or more. Detailed rates are available upon enquiry.

Shopping Storage
The Hourly rates are:
0-1 hour = $5
2-3 hour = $10
3-6 hours = $20
6 hours + = $30

Westfield Sydney has launched Visitor Parking to make your shopping experience even easier. Access to Westfield Sydney Visitor Parking is via 135 King street and is available from 6pm Monday - Friday and all day on weekends.
