Customer Service is extremely important to us and we want to make your visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Our Customer Care Room offers customers a great range of complimentary items for hire.

These include:

- Power Shoppers (Scooters), Wheel Chairs and our double and single (layback) Strollers. Not to mention our lovely selection of free balloons on sticks your child will love.

Customer Care offer a range of Kiddie Cruisers and child size Trolleys for your childs enjoyment at a cost of:

- Trolleys @ $3 per hour,
- Single Kiddie Cruiser @ $5 per hour,
- Double Fire engine Kiddie Cruiser @ $7.50 per hour,

Concierge Desk

The team at our Concierge Desk are here to help with all kinds of information. They'll assist you with Westfield Gift Cards, XS Gift Cards, directions, lost property, retailer information and general information. You'll find our Concierge Desk located on Level 2 outside Terry White Chemist.

Customer Care Room

Westfield Garden City's Customer Care Room is a free customer service, providing an extensive range of mobility equipment and Kiddy Cruisers. Our Customer Care Room located on the Lower Level near the entrance to the Coles Mall.
