Council Cab Service

Travel from anywhere in Willoughby to the Westfield Chatswood for just $5 per passenger, per trip.

CouncilCab is a pre-booked transport service that operates within the Willoughby City Council area from 10 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.

To book your CouncilCab simply phone the CouncilCab line on 9777 1000 by 4pm the day before you wish to travel. Bookings are open 8.30am-4.00pm Monday to Friday. Your return trip booking can also be made at the same time.

The CouncilCab will drop you off and pick you up from the CouncilCab pickup point located outside the Spring Street entrance to Westfield Chatswood.

CouncilCab vouchers may be purchased in books of 5 for $25 from CouncilCab drivers, Willoughby City Council and the Dougherty Community Centre.
