The Australian Red Cross Blood Service would like to invite you to join Club Red at the newly renovated and refurbished Cannington Donor Centre.

Club Red is an opportunity for people in business, community and youth groups across Australia to get together and do something special by regularly donating blood.

Recently, works at our Cannington Donor Centre were completed leaving a state of the art centre for new and existing Club Red donors to enjoy.

The spacious, new-look centre is designed to make the donation experience even more comfortable. With two additional assessment rooms, three extra couches plus a significantly enlarged donor refreshment area, the revamped donor centre is set to collect some 13,000 donations per year.

We have also added a number of extra parking bays to make parking much easier to find, at what is one of Perth's most popular shopping centres. The centre also offers a courtesy bus for all Club Red groups to take them to and from the donor centre, if required.

We are also excited that the expansion will enable us to collect more plasma, the demand for which is growing every year. Plasma contains very important proteins, nutrients and clotting factors helping people with burns, haemophilia and those undergoing organ transplants. These donations are also used to make 13 different products that help many other people live a healthy life.
