Fashion Services Terms & Conditions

All Fashion Concierge Services are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. SERVICES: Services that include travel to the client’s home will only be applicable to residence in 30km radius from Westfield Carindale. Any travel beyond 30km will be subject to additional costs for travel. All services are to be one – on – one and exceptions will be made on case by base basis. The maximum number of clients per session is two people.
2. LIABILITY: The Stylist and Westfield Carindale shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained from the service except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
3. VARIATION: The Stylist and Westfield Carindale reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, orally or in writing, at any time.
4. PRIVACY: If personal information is collected for the purpose of receiving information and promotional offers via email, Westfield Carindale will obtain each entrant's agreement in relation to providing and handling this personal information. All details become the property of Westfield Carindale. By providing personal information, the client consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and Westfield Carindale may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of Westfield Carindale. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the entrants request, all information provided will be removed from our active database.    By registering, each registrant is subject to Westfield’s Privacy Policy and accepts that the information they submit with their registration will be entered into a database. Westfield may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the registrant.
