Each time you reach a $950 spend, a $50 credit is issued for use instore or online. Shopping credits are "virtual vouchers" so no actual voucher is issued. You simply get a shopping credit against your account.
Your membership ID card tracks and monitors the shopping credits and must be presented when shopping.
Shopping credits automatically accumulate. They show on the account within 2 working days (and a minimum of 1 day) and can be used any time thereafter. Please note that shopping credits are allocated at the time your order is processed, NOT when the order is placed.
You can track your top3 shopping credits balance online, simply by logging in at top3.com.au Top3 shopping credits do not expire, unless the account is inactive for 12 months.
Any top3 member accounts inactive for 365 days are closed and any accumulated shopping credits become invalid. Come instore or visit top3.com.au for full membership terms and conditions.
