Aqua Martini Granita

This frozen cocktail is perfect by the pool this Summer. Serve in fabulous glassware from Wheel&Barrow Homewares.

Ingredients:
- 500ml Aqua Martini Cocktail Mix from Wheel&Barrow Homewares
- 250ml water
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime

Method:
Mix together & freeze. Once frozen scrape the top of the ice with a fork to shave the ice. Spoon into a cocktail glass and enjoy as it is or top with a shot of vodka, tequila or blue curacao. Garnish as desired & serve immediately.
