• All Yogee Toys products are covered by our 30 Days Money Back guarantee.
• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 30 days from the date of order. We will then refund your money (minus postage charges) or do an exchange for you as you wish.

How to Claim:

Please contact our friendly customer service and we will organise an exchange or refund to you. You MUST contact us first before returning the item.

Terms and Conditions:

Delivery

• We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once we have dispatched your order you will be sent a shipping email to confirm that your parcel is now on its way to you. You will also be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
• We are 100% committed to ensure all orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day or next working day upon receipt of your payments.
