All products are provided with warranty under the Trade Practices Act. If a product is found to be faulty it can be returned for a replacement or refunded. All we ask is that you report the fault within a reasonable time.
Treehouse may exchange or give a credit note (valid for 6 months from issue date) for a change of mind purchase subject to several conditions:
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original docket
• The product should be returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• Refund will only be made on damaged or faulty goods.
How to exchange
If you believe you have met our return conditions you can exchange your purchase at any Treehouse store for free or send it back to the online store, subject to Store Manager’s approval. Customers will be responsible for the cost of sending it back to the online store.
If you would like a refund, please send it back to the online store as no refund will be processed in the store.

It is recommended that you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) either insure your delivery for safe return to Treehouse or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Defective and damaged products
Goods are inspected before packing to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.

Treehouse delivers for a flat rate of $10. (Excludes all furniture items)
Allow three to fifteen business days for processing and delivery. Please note this is subject to destination and product availability.
FURNITURE: Furniture freight is calculated using your post code and the total weight of your furniture order. Furniture freight for NSW metro is $50 regardless of how many items or weight. Furniture is delivered using freight companies that specialise in Furniture. Treehouse staff will contact you to arrange delivery.
