Where there is no manufacturer's warranty available, Hype DC offers a warranty for the products, as specified in the product specifications.

Hype DC’s warranty is limited to replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, to be determined by us.

Returns

CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND?
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply email for a RETURN AUTHORISATION.
Make sure the item or items are in their unworn and in original condition in the box within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue you with a full refund back on the credit card that you used to make the purchase, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
Note: All returns must be pre-arranged by emailing info@hypedc.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE IN A HYPE DC STORE?
Sure – if you are near one of our stores you can come in and exchange them - just make sure they are unworn and in original condition in the box and be within 14 days of receipt.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PURCHASE IS FAULTY?
If your purchase is faulty you can either return it to your nearest store, or arrange to return them via Post by emailing info@hypedc.com. Either way, you can get a full refund or exchange.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The storefront Shubar is owned and operated by Hype DC Pty Ltd. All products listed on Shubar are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

COPYRIGHT
The description of our products and photography is the copyright property of Hype DC, and specifically you may not use that description as the description of the product should you choose to re-sell the items elsewhere. This includes all product information, images and specifications where applicable.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards only, and only cards with an Australian billing address.

Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in two to three working days. Unfortunately, at some times, processing orders may take longer.
Special request orders which are shipped directly from suppliers or directly from another store will incur an extra Shipping and Handling charge.

Please note that we will not ship any order outside of Australia.

SHIPPING ERRORS
Hype DC uses TNT to deliver your products. Whilst we use quality carriers, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, Hype DC will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Under no circumstances will Hype DC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from Hype DC, beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. Hype DC reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
At Hype DC we are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised. We will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability) or refund you for any defective merchandise (including reasonable shipping costs) provided that:

a) The return is pre-arranged with Hype DC. This can be done by e-mailing mark@hypedc.com
b) the product is returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
c) the product is in its original condition; and
d) the product is not defective as a result of misuse.
Should there be any problems with defective product, please contact Hype DC first. All returns must be pre-arranged by emailing mark@hypedc.com


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply use the RETURN POST STICKER in your post bag and return the item or items to us in their unworn and in original condition in the box within 14 days of receipt.

We will issue you with a full refund back on the credit card that you used to make the purchase, or exchange the item, at your request (subject to stock availability).

Alternatively, you can exchange your purchase at any Hype DC retail store provided the items are unworn and in original condition in the box and be within 14 days of receipt.

We will not under any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the original product to you in the case of exchange or refund.

We accept payment via VISA or MasterCard.
Your card will be debited at the time of order.
Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Hype DC Pty Ltd.

CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER ONLINE?
At this time Hype DC gift cards cannot be used on line as payment.

HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your security while shopping online with Hype DC is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.
All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption. To ensure that the page you are viewing is secure, look for a padlock icon in your browser, this verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security.

DO PRICES INCLUDE GST?
Of course - all prices are displayed in Australian Dollars, including GST.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE AND PACKAGING COST?

Completely free! Only applicable for online orders, for delivery within Australia. Limited time only.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship within Australia.

WHICH POSTAGE COMPANY DO YOU USE?

All items will be delivered by TNT. A signature MUST be provided for delivery. Please ensure you or someone else is at the address during the day to sign for the package, or have the item delivered to a place, such as a business address, where you will be. 

Please Note: We do not ship to PO BOXES

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY SHOES ARRIVE

TNT will leave a "Sorry We missed You" card at your premises. Please ensure you keep this card. 

You can then either call or log onto the TNT website to advise what you want done with the package. You can arrange a  new delivery time, delivery to a new address etc to make sure you will still get your shoes as soon as possible without having to go out and about yourself to collect them. 

We recommend sending to your work address if you have one, there’s probably someone there during the day, and you can show your new shoes off to all your workmates.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Approximately 75% of our orders can go out the next day but some more limited product may need to come from one of our Sydney based Hype DC stores, this can delay despatch by up to 3 days, however, we aim to get your goods to you within 5-7 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact TNT (http://www.tnt.com.au), using the reference number emailed to you.
