Each SAMANTHA WILLS product is carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a hand made process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all SAMANTHA WILLS pieces from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.

SAMANTHA WILLS earrings are nickel free and the earring posts are medical grade steel.

RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

• You must notify SAMANTHA WILLS within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification.
• You must notify SAMANTHA WILLS by email info@samanthawills.com.au to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call SAMANTHA WILLS directly.
• You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from SAMANTHA WILLS, or delivery note. Product must be returned to the SAMANTHA WILLS head office.
• On international returns you must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
• You must return the product in its original condition with the original "swing ticket" attached.

Upon receipt of the product by SAMANTHA WILLS, SAMANTHA WILLS will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by SAMANTHA WILLS, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

RETURNS - FAULTY

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, SAMANTHA WILLS will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

• That the product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.
• You must notify SAMANTHA WILLS by email info@samanthawills.com.au to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call SAMANTHA WILLS directly.
• You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from SAMANTHA WILLS or delivery note.
• You must provide a photograph of the faulty product.

SAMANTHA WILLS will then refund the price to you in full, replace the product or exchange for a different product.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by SAMANTHA WILLS, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day uou return the Product for Your account to be credited.

Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If uou wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your Return ID number.

Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made to a SAMANTHA WILLS stockist.

Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the Website. You must accept these terms and conditions to access this Website any further. 

PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT 

By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to purchase the Product at the price set out in the Website. 

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Westfield Gift Card and Velocity points only. SAMANTHA WILLS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You warrant that You are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to complete payment. 

All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by SAMANTHA WILLS. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order. SAMANTHA WILLS may reject Your Purchase Order, and refund any payment made by You, at any time prior to dispatch.

The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. In some areas of the site, prices will be shown with an estimate of the price in your home currency. These converted prices are for information purposes only, to help you get an idea of the approximate cost of a product, and they may not be the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account.

SAMANTHA WILLS may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on this Website without prior notice to You. If SAMANTHA WILLS requests payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order. Notification of your wish to cancel the order in these circumstances must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase. 

SAMANTHA WILLS does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. While every endeavour is made to ensure every shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures. 

SAMANTHA WILLS reserves the right to limit the quantities of product sold as it sees fit. It is a condition of this Agreement that you do not resell the Products to a third party. SAMANTHA WILLS does not permit the purchase of items for resale. Customers wishing to be a stockist of SAMANTHA WILLS products must contact SAMANTHA WILLS Pty Ltd directly, where they will be informed of the options available to buy higher quantities.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Australian Standard Shipping Costs - $10

Standard Australia wide orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by an Australia-wide courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.
