Returns Policy

 

When ordering online with Ron Bennett you are guaranteed of an excellent shopping experience. In support of this, we offer a FREE 30-day return policy.

This means that just as you may wish to return goods purchased in a store, you may also receive goods from an online purchase which do not fully meet your expectations. No problem! Simply return the goods free of charge within 30-days of the purchase for a full refund.

How does it work?

If you wish to return something, free call us on 1800 626 510.

Tell us whether you’d like to drop the goods off at a Post Office, or have Australia Post collect from you – whichever is more convenient for you.

Simply complete the Reason for Returning form and enclose this with your goods, along with the original packaging, labels and tickets.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will confirm by email and our returns team will begin reviewing your refund request. Please allow an extra 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.

If you prefer, you may also return the goods to any Ron Bennett Big Men’s Clothing store. Just remember to bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a colour, style or size from your online order, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements. An exchange is subject to availability of goods. If possible include an alternative, just in case we may have sold out of your first choice.

So, rest assured you can be confident of a totally satisfactory shopping experience!

Conditions

As you would expect with in any store, for a refund to be issued some reasonable conditions must be met:

  • All returned goods must be received within the 30 day timeframe.
  • All returned goods must be received with original packaging, labels and tickets.
  • All returned goods must be received unmarked and without signs of wear and/or tear.
  • If you are returning goods because they were damaged in transit when being delivered to you, you may be asked to email us a photograph before returning them to us.

In very rare circumstances, one or more of these conditions may not be satisfactorily met, in which case you will be advised that your refund has been declined and the goods returned back you to.

CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

Please choose carefully. As these are end-of-line clearance items, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges simply on the basis of 'change of mind' or incorrect sizing. If you are unsure about sizing, please free call us on 1800 625 510 before you place the order. In the unlikely event of you receive faulty goods we will provide an exchange or a credit.
