R.M.Williams Refund & Exchanges Policy
R.M.Williams will refund a customers purchase when the merchandise is in original saleable condition and there is an original proof of purchase supplied within 30 days of the purchase. You can return items in person to any R.M.Williams owned retail store in Australia. To return items to customers service at Head Office you must request a returns form from email@example.com. The returns form must be completed and accompany the items when they are returned to head office.
R.M.Williams will offer an exchange or credit note for merchandise that is in original saleable condition and there is no proof of purchase. This exchange or credit note will only be provided for the current retail value of the merchandise and will not include shipping.
R.M.Williams does not refund merchandise that was originally purchased at a stockist, agent or other retailer.
R.M.Williams will send any allegedly faulty merchandise to our factory for assessment by our crafts people. You can return items in person to any R.M.Williams owned retail store in Australia and they will be forwarded for assessment. To return items to customers service at Head Office you must request a returns form from firstname.lastname@example.org. The returns form must be completed and accompany the items when they are returned to head office for assessment.
