Returns Poilcy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
While we hope you love your Morrison purchases, we understand that occasionally the goods do not meet your expectations. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please familiarise yourself with our Return/Exchange Policy below.

Important Information
Before your purchase is shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your purchase is then carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition.
In the event your purchase arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. You can do this by emailing the team at care@morrisonshop.com

Returns Procedure
1. You must notify us of your intention to return any item within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. You can do this by emailing the team at care@morrisonshop.com

2. We will email you a 'RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM' and you will need to complete all requested fields. The form will contain the return address for your garment. You must ensure the garment is wrapped and protected or we will not accept the return. Be sure to print out a copy of your 'RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM' and include this in the satchel.

3. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure your return reasons are valid before offering one of the following:

EXCHANGE: We will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition with labels attached for an exchange to be considered.

CREDIT NOTE: We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchase. The above conditions apply. The credit note is valid for future online purchases and must be redeemed by contacting personaleshopper@morrisonshop.com so the credit can be authorised.

REFUND: We will happily offer a refund provided the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition with lables attached for a refund to be considered. Once the returned garment has been checked over, we will email you a 'REFUND AUTHORISATION FORM' and you will need to complete all requested fields in order for your refund to be completed.

Fautly Products
If you believe a garment to be faulty after washing or wearing it, it can be sent back for appraisal. You must adhere to all washing, laundering and fabric care instructions or we will not honour a refund if the item has been damaged due to negligence on your part.

Once we receive the item, the production team at Morrison will inspect the item to deem if it is faulty. If the return reason is valid we will offer you a refund, exchange or credit. If the return reason is not valid, we will contact you to discuss the outcome. We can send your faulty garment back on your request.

Terms and Conditions

All merchandise sold through Morrison is intended for personal use only. Morrison reserves the right to cancel any orders which appear to be for the purpose of wholesale or resale elsewhere.

Personal Information
Morrison must collect personal information from you at various points throughout website navigation and at the point of sale in order to finalise your purchase and ship goods to you. Information includes items such as your name, email and shipping addresses and birth date. The information collected through this website remains the sole property of Morrison and will not be sold to or shared with any other organisation or third party.

Credit Card Information
No credit card information is stored by Morrison. The payment system uses a Verisign Secure Site 128-bit encrypted connection to ensure that all payment information is secure. No person will ever see your credit card number. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on our records, so you will be required to re-enter these details when you make each purchase.

Automatically Logged Information
Due to the nature of the internet, there is certain information that is automatically logged during your navigation of the Morrison website. This information can include your IP address and the browser that you are using, however the information gathered is purely statistical and is solely used to further develop our site and better our systems and practices. The information gathered in this manner is in no way linked to any personal information collected through membership or purchasing processes.

Processing Your Order
Providing payment of your order processes successfully, orders placed between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period your order will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period.Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. These orders will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Prior to order dispatch, goods are carefully inspected by Morrison quality control staff to ensure your items leave in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the handling with our shipping company.

Unfulfilled Orders
To minimise the risk of an advertised item being unavailable, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerised inventory of all items stocked in our eBoutique. Our eBoutique synchronises with our accounting/stock holding software system. On rare occasions, the synch process may cause incorrect stock levels to display on screen and may result in the item being unavailable at time of purchase.

Once a particular item, size or colour sells out, an automatic SOLD OUT message will appear next to the item immediately. You will be invited to submit a Wishlist for the item or browse for your nearest Morrison stockist. If for any reason Morrison is unable to fill your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and we will conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed. We will do our best to offer an alternate product or refer you to one of our wholesale stockists if unsuccessful.
Cancellation of Orders
As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a refund for the sale amount.
Purchases can only be made if they are intended for personal use. We therefore reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it is intended for commercial resale, or any other inappropriate nature.
Sales Taxes/Handling Charges
For all merchandise purchased through Morrison, a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law. For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, this 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal and processed at the time of sale processing. For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by Morrison, however you will be liable to pay your own country's applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages.

Morrison must adhere to all Australian export restrictions.
At no point of conducting business will any of the following items be posted;

Delivery Policy

Morrison delivers within Australia only on westfield.com.au. Please note delivery for the Sydney Designer Collection is free.

Our aim is to make your shopping with us as easy and hassle-free as possible.
If the product you ordered is in stock it will be delivered via TOLL Express during business hours within 2-7 working days of placing the order. If the item is not in stock and is placed on backorder you will be contacted by our customer service team. Please note deliveries to the Northern Territory may take 14 days to arrive from the date of placing the order.
You will receive a notification via email when your order has shipped; this notification will include a courier tracking number; this number can be used to track the status of your order while in transit.

Upon delivery, a signature is not required to accept your purchase so please ensure the delivery address you provide is suitable as the package will be left at the door if there is no-one home.
Deliveries  can not be sent PO Boxes or Locked Bag Addresses
