All exchanges must be posted back within 14 days of original delivery date
Domestic exchange/faulty Return Process:
We offer free returns on all full priced items. If you would like to return or exchange a full priced or sale item please first contact our customer service department at email@example.com and provide your order number and details of return. Please note we do not cover return shipping on sale items.
In the instance of a full priced return we will organise a courier to collect the order. Sale returns will need to be sent via registered post to:

Refunds for faulty item(s):
If your returned item(s) is deemed faulty we will gladly refund your original purchase amount. Refunds can only be made to the credit card used in the original purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded immediately.
We ensure that all products listed on the ksubi Westfield Online Store are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct, however in the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All prices listed on the ksubi Westfield Online Store are in Australian Dollars and do not include any freight charges or Taxes other than the GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order is shipped outside of Australia, there may be duties and taxes added by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to check how their local customs office charges incoming packages.
You are required to pay all freight charges and Taxes applicable. Taxes means any direct or indirect tax, levy, charge, import, duty, fee or withholding which is assessed, levied, imposed or collected by any governmental agency or other authority and imposed on any transaction including the sale, purchase, hire, importation, transport or delivery of any goods and services and includes any goods and services tax and customs duty.
We currently only offer shipping to Australia and the United States.
We use a courier service for our International shipments. You will be required to sign for your order on delivery. We recommend providing a daytime address and phone number when placing your order so that your order can reach you in a timely manner.
Our domestic (Australian) shipping charges are as follows:
Orders over $50AUD - Free shipping
Orders under $50AUD - $10AUD
Our international shipping charges are as follows:
Orders over $150AUD - $10AUD
Orders under $150AUD - $25AUD
You may be required to pay further shipping charges in the instance of change of address or delivery time.
All orders placed before 10am are processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 10am are shipped the next business day.
Peak period shipping time
During sale activity and seasonal peak periods there may be a delay in order processing and shipment. During these periods please allow a further 3 days for shipment to metropolitan areas and 4 days to all other areas.
Please note shipping times are only our best estimate and can vary due to a number of factors. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Taxes and duties
Please note customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs. Ksubi will not be held responsible for any charges incurred nor can we provide an estimate of these costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Ownership and risk
Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. We require a signature upon delivery; if you are placing an order as a gift please use the name of the intended recipient in the shipping address form located at the checkout. We will not be held responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with the courier company.
