If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty product, you have 14 days from date of purchase to return the item. In the case of an incorrect or faulty item, you may return it through the local post office and we will reimburse you for the price of the postage.
Enclosed in each order will be a packing slip with instructions for returns. Please fill out the packing slip and include it in the parcel for all returns. Please remember to include your original receipt docket. You may choose to receive a replacement or refund.
We do not exchange or refund SALE items.
JOVEEBA will happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your purchased items. The customer assumes responsibility for adequate packaging of the return item. Unwanted online purchases may be returned through Australia Post at your cost and risk. Full priced items can be returned for a full refund; sales items can be exchanged for size only. Please note, if swing tags are not attached, or the garment has been worn or altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return.
To return your item, please pack and seal your return securely. Remember to fill out the return portion of the packing slip. If the packing slip is missing from your return, we will be unable to process your refund. Please note, you will also need to notify us about your intentions to return the product through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have completed the transaction, the purchase will be charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account automatically.
If you are buying a gift for someone else, the billing details will be your own but the shipping address should be that of the recipient.
It’s important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 24hrs of receipt and dispatched immediately thereafter. Shipping is by express post through Australian post and your purchase will be delivered within 1- 3 working days depending on your location.
