Returns Policy

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes of course. We are happy to return or exchange your item of equal value within 30 days, if unworn and proof of purchase is provided.

The easiest option is to visit one of our Jeanswest stores with your item and your online Tax Invoice.

Find your nearest store on our Store Locator or call 1800 809 889 (Australia) or 0800 448 415 (New Zealand) for assistance.

If you are unable to visit a Jeanswest store, simply complete the Returns & Exchanges form which was enclosed with your delivery, follow the instructions on the form. 

2. What is the process for refunds?
For a refund, complete the Refunds/Exchanges form indicating the reason for the return and send it to us including the Tax Invoice which is on the reverse of the form. Please take a copy if you want to keep a copy of your Tax Invoice. Goods must be returned within 30 days unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

If you are returning an item that is part of a “2 for” or “3 for” offer, the price you have paid will be impacted and your refund will reflect the refund due on the regular price only.

3. What do I do to exchange an item?
For an exchange, complete the Refunds/Exchanges form indicating the reason for the exchange and the product name, size, and colour you are wanting to exchange it for. This item must be the same value as the item you’re returning. Also enclose an appropriate size pre-addressed courier bag we will use to send it back to you along with your original Tax Invoice. Please take a copy if you want to keep a copy of your Tax Invoice. Goods must be returned within 30 days unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached.

Privacy Policy

Jeanswest, a national clothing retailer and a part of Glorious Sun Australia Pty Ltd. acknowledges and is committed to protecting your privacy.  We will collect, use, disclose and hold personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 (‘the Act’).  On-line we may collect personal information, such as name, address and contact details in the following circumstances:

Product Orders
When you order product on-line we collect the necessary personal information to process the order and post the item(s) to you.  This information is recorded in our system and retained by us for a period of 7 years, at which time it is either deleted or de-identified.  Information is not disclosed to any third party except as required or authorised by law.  Failure to provide this information will mean that we cannot process your order.

Member Program
When you join our Member Program, we collect personal information about you to allow us to issue your Member Card and for the purposes of administering the program.  This information is recorded in our system and retained by us for the term of your membership.  Following termination of membership, your details will be held for a period of 7 years, at which time it is either deleted or de-identified.  Your personal information and Member details will not be disclosed to any other organisation except where we use the financial or administrative services of a third party, or where required or authorised by law.  Without personal information it would not be possible for Jeanswest to either issue a Member Card or administer the program adequately.

Delivery Policy

1. Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand.
If you’re not in Australia or New Zealand and dying to get your hands on Jeanswest jeans, drop us a line support@jeanswest.com.au with the country you’re from and we’ll prioritise our international roll-out to suit demand!

2. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE for orders over $100! For orders less than $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for any purchase to be shipped within Australia or to New Zealand.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes you can. On the day that your order is shipped we’ll send you an email confirming its despatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery with Australia Post.  The Australia Post URL is: http://auspost.com.au/track/

4. If there's a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please email us at support@jeanswest.com.au or call our 1800 809 889 (Australia) or 0800 448 415 (New Zealand).

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You should receive your order within approximately  5-7 working days for deliveries within Australia, 7-12  working days for deliveries within New Zealand. If your order has not arrived within reasonable time, please contact us.

A signature may be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. A work address is often a good option. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
