HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR GUESS WATCH

Leather Straps

Non-Waterpro straps should not be submerged in water. Waterpro straps are water resistant, but are not impervious to water & should not be submerged in water for extended periods of time.

Rubber / Soft Plastic Straps

Strap too long? Shorten by cutting off the unneeded portion from the long end of the strap with a sharp pair of scissors.

Do NOT expose straps to gases or chemicals (E.g. fragrance sprays, detergents, insecticides, etc.) Stains made by dye, paints and oily substances may be difficult to remove. Due to the composition of the material, straps may harden or discolor after extensive use.

Water Resistant

Watches marked GUESS? Waterpro or GUESS? Steel are Water Resistant from 3ATM to 10ATM only as long as lens, buttons, crown, case, caseback and gaskets remain intact. Do NOT operate crowns or buttons when the watch is wet or under water. Water resistance levels are marked on case backs.

Markings - examples of useage:

Water resistant - withstand splashes of water or rain; do not submerge.
3 atm/30m/100 ft. - rain, showering; do not submerge
5 atm/50m/165 ft. - rain, showering, swimming
10atm/100m/330ft. - rain, showering, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, recreational diving
Watches with no water resistant markings are splashproof and are not suitable for swimming.

Rinse watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water. Always wipe watch dry.

Care and Safety Measures

Water resistance is not permanent. In the course of time, the gaskets of the cases may become worn and reduce the water resistance of the watches.

Metal Content

Metal GUESS? bracelets are primarily stainless steel and metal cases are brass.

Warranty

GUESS Australia offers a 3 year limited warranty on watches, more specifically this includes:

3 year warranty for movement
2 year warranty for batteries
1 year warranty for bands/straps
1 year warranty on dial
1 year warranty on cases/stones* (*this excludes lens)

Do not soak in water
Dry thoroughly
Do not use hot water, a steamer or an ultra sonic cleaner
Do not expose to soaps, detergents, perfume, hairspray or any other chemicals
Do not expose to extreme heat

Returns Policy

At GUESS we want you to love what you have ordered from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your order for something else or offer you a monetary refund. It’s that simple!

To return an item, simply send it back in its original condition with all tickets and labels attached, together with your invoice to our warehouse within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. For an exchange, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange for and we will contact you to finalise the exchange.

Please note that for any additional shipping charges incurred from returns due to change of mind, including change of colour or size, will be absorbed by the customer.

TAXES & CURRENCY

All prices displayed on the website are displayed in Australian dollars.

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown throughout the website.

Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING / DELIVERIES

GUESS currently delivers within Australia only.

Our aim is to make your shopping with us as easy and hassle-free as possible. A flat fee of AUD$15 is applied to all online purchases made. Purchases over $150 are free.

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post during business hours within 2-7 working days of placing the order.

Please note that deliveries to the Northern Territory may take 3-4 weeks to arrive from the date of placing the order.

Upon delivery, a signature is required to accept your purchase so it is recommended that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours. If there is no one available to sign for your purchase, a notification card will be placed in your letter box informing you of the Australia Post outlet where the parcel has been transferred for collection. Please note that there is a maximum hold time for your parcel. After which it will be redelivered back to our warehouse. We will then contact you for redelivery at an additional fee.
