Gregory Jewellers Online Secure Return Should you wish to return goods purchased through Westfield Online for exchange – the below steps must be taken to ensure secure return and assessment of your items;
1. Advise Gregory Jewellers Upon receiving your goods, you have 7 days to express your intention to return these items should you wish to exchange – this must be done in writing to online@gregoryjewellers.com.au – your intention will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
2. Controlled Return Dispatch & Collection Upon acknowledgement of your intention to exchange, you will be sent an addressed, TOLL Ipec consignment and pre-paid satchel, through Australia Post – this can take up to 3 business days to arrive – once you receive this satchel, please place items you wish to return, along with a copy of your sales invoice into the satchel, and secure the bag accordingly. Once goods are ready for return, please phone (02) 93898822 to advise and the courier will be booked to collect before 5pm same day.
3. Assessment of Returned Goods Once goods have been received by Gregory Jewellers – this can take up to 3 business days – they will be assessed for signs of obvious wear and damage – upon completion of this assessment, if they have been deemed acceptable for exchange, we will contact you to advise a credit being issued, less 5% re-stocking fee.
4. Allocation of Credit & Fees
You will be sent a credit note within 14 business days from your expression of intention to return goods – pending the above process has been completed without issue – this credit note is valid for 12 months, and can only be used within Gregory Jewellers boutique showrooms, and not online.
Gregory Jewellers Online Secure Returns incur a fee of 5% of the purchase price may apply to cover cost of controlled, secure returns. You may wish to return goods purchased to one of Gregory Jewellers boutique showrooms, where exchange can be made with 14 days of the invoice date – this option does not incur additional fees or charges, although exchange is subject to assessment in store.
Only goods received in either of the above mentioned options for return will be accepted for exchange – Gregory Jewellers accepts no responsibility for goods returned by any other method, and advises against using regular or registered postal services to return goods.

Shipping of Goods
Unless otherwise detailed, your order should be dispatched for delivery within 5-7 business days. All goods purchased within Gregory Jewellers for Westfield Online are shipped via Toll Ipec – and are consigned to the client named on your order. All orders require signature verification upon delivery of goods.
Whilst all care is taken, Gregory Jewellers can accept no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Issues relating to the dispatch of orders made within Gregory Jewellers for Westfield Online should be made in writing to online@gregoryjewellers.com.au and will be responded to within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchange
Gregory Jewellers Online regrettably does not accept returned goods for refunds – with the exception of goods where manufacturing fault can be determined, we will however, accept returned goods for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Your intention to return goods for exchange must be detailed in writing to online@gregoryjewellers.com.au in the first instance – this must be made within 7 days from receipt of goods – your intention will be acknowledged within 24 hours and you will be instructed on the process for return for exchange.
Goods will only be accepted back for exchange in fine, merchantable quality – and subject to assessment by Gregory Jewellers before exchange is permitted.
