Florsheim Online is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your purchase within 30 days of the order date
Returning Goods
The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging
Online purchases are not able to be returned or exchanged in our retail stores
All returns must be sent using registered post; Florsheim will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase and the Returns Form must be filled out and included in the package

The customer is responsible for all associated costs to return items to us
For exchange, Florsheim Online will not charge for a second delivery (if there are any further exchanges, the customer is liable for delivery charges)
Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card used to make the original purchase
Refunds will not include freight costs
Please allow 14 days for exchanges or refunds to be received
Price
All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change. Prices on the Website may differ from those in physical Florsheim stores.
Delivery & Availability
All online orders are subject to availability
If there is a shortfall in our online stock, we will endeavour to find any purchased item in one of our retail stores. In the case that we are unable to find the requested item, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and provide you with a refund
Florsheim Online has the right to refuse an order for any reason
Florsheim Online will strive to process all orders within one business day of the order being placed
Florsheim Online will make every effort to ensure that all domestic orders are delivered within 7 business days, however, cannot be held responsible for shipping delays out of our control
Florsheim Online is not liable for any damage caused to goods during domestic transit.
Florsheim at Westfield Online ships orders only within Australia. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you as promptly as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days from your order confirmation for delivery.
Florsheim uses 2 forms of delivery:
1. Australia Post (via Express Post Service)
· Receipt Signature not required
· If no one is present to receive delivery, a card will be left for you and your package will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for collection by you
· This option will deliver to PO Boxes.
2. Australian Air Express
· Receipt Signature required
· You must ensure someone will be present to sign for your delivery – goods will not be left without a Receipt Signature.
· Delivery only Monday – Friday during business hours
· This option best suits delivery to business address
Your tracking number will be provided with your Order Confirmation, and you will be able to check your tracking number from 24 hours after despatch on the relevant website.
If you have not received your order within the days specified above, please contact us at orders.westfield@florsheim.com.au. In your email please include your full name and Order Confirmation Number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase. We will do all we can to locate your goods.
